Self-Portrait in Village Panorama, dated 1991. Canvas, 23 1/2 x 35 inches Note the artist at his easel in the upper right hand corner of the canvas. Ulrick Jean was born in the late 1960's in Carrefour, Port-au-Prince. He originally sold his work through various vendors at the Iron Market in Port-au-Prince. Today, his work is represented in the United States by The Haitian Art Company in Key West, Florida.
